"Oh What a Night ought to rename itself to Oh What Nights and Oh What Days. Oh What a Night recently catered a breakfast meeting of my high donors that was excellent in every way. The food was hot and delicious, and the linens, flatware and dishes were spotless. The presentation of mini quiches, sliced fruits, baskets of pastries, and other delightful foods was excellent, and achieved the ambiance I wanted. My goal for this meeting was to provide my high donors with a tasteful, enjoyable meal that was also reasonably priced.

Michael arrived early, setting up our buffet breakfast complete with tablecloths and beautiful spring flowers that added an extra touch of elegance. By the time my guests arrived, Michael was gone and the delightful fragrance of coffee and food filled the room. Following breakfast, staff from Oh What a Night collected the dishes and linens in a timely manner.

I have and will continue to recommend Oh What a Night to others, and I plan to use them again in the near future."

"We hired Oh What a Night! Catering to cater the retirement dinner for our senior pastor at the United Parish of Auburndale. I did so after speaking with Michael on the phone and checking out the references that he gave me (which were all fabulous!). We had a variety of "special requests" because of the nature of the event and the fact that we wanted to use our youth group to do the serving for the event. Michael and his staff were incredibly responsive to everything we asked for and made some wonderful suggestions of their own along the way! When our plans of eloping morphed into a non-traditional wedding/party in my friend's back yard for 75 guests...and less than 2 months to plan, 'Oh What A Night' came to my rescue. And oh what a night it was!

I appreciated that you personally took time to understand what I did and did not want in terms of the menu and the overall 'style' or 'tone' of the event- and made suggestions to achieve what I wanted without expanding my budget. Furthermore, it was a great relief that you took on the additional tasks of the tent, lighting, dance floor and other rentals.
